  1. You didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I am still waiting as well. I have spoken with Southwest twice. Points still not received. What is prompt response? What is realistic expectation?

The woman is this video says we have credit cards bills coming up and she has received nothing from Southwest, !st of all she probably should not have used her credit card to pay for something she has no money for, With an APR she could be looking at a higher payment, which brings me to another point news outlets across the U.S. have stated that before the holidays people were putting almost all there holiday shopping on there credit cards WOW now comes the hard part paying off the credit card bill. Once again people have failed to make good life choices and will be paying for those bad life choices for the next several years.Thanks good luck to all
