St. Petersburg City Council considered a measure on Thursday, that would have provided $50,000 to help women travel out of state for an abortion. Ultimately, the council voted against it, but not without hearing the passion on both sides.

  1. There is no such thing as “abortion care” those two words do not go together.

    That’s like saying, “I’m going to go in for murder care” and your doctor just shoots you in the face.

  4. UHHHH where exactly in this report were TWO sides presented as promised? This was more one sided than any I've seen in recent memory. Seriously, something was seriously askew with this. At least we know how America votes on this when it comes to major elections, very thankfully.

  5. uh, yeah you would have faced repercussions. It wouldn't even have been legal to take taxpayer money for that purpose. You wanna abort your child, don't make me pay for it. You wanna pay for someone else to abort their child, take it from your own pocket thank you very much

  6. Bravo!!! 👏 👏 👏 the government should not be involved in funding abortions. Birth control and all of the other things a woman needs and needs for her child, yes! But not abortions.

  7. Hope all profetus are preparing save a fetus kits to carry on their person. The day is definitely coming when fetus will turn up in your midst. Fortunately and thank Goddess profetus freaks have been stocking up on diapers, food and all the things they will supply for the responsibilities they are taking on in the very near future.
