  1. Government stalks everyone with a cell phone tracker in cell phones , should we sue them for millions of dollars they change vehicles and driver everyday during their tracking which is unlawful to do for them as well!!!!!!!!!!

And above all be vigilant and aware of your surroundings at all time. You must be prepared to use deadly force….. the police, prosecutors or law makers are NOT going to help you! Unless you would rather become a statistic and/or be killed, you MUST be your own rescuer!

What's even worse is when you try to get help and they gaslight you into being unstable.. you are not special, nobody would devote themselves to go to those extremes, go out of their way for you. It is to make the victim feel helpless, isolated.. friends and family might think the victim is unstable and imagining it the terror. It really splits the victim.

    Law enforcement is notorious for gaslighting especially when it may be one of their own involved or carrying out the campaign, other colleagues may be involved and they'll cover for each other. There was a woman police officer in Michigan recently caught going after her ex's new girlfriend as an example.

    And why does it always have to be women that are victims of stalking, as if men are not ever stalked??

    Look up the term " l o v e i n t ".. a whole lot of weirdos of every stripe and variety.

    And look into community based stalking there are some VERY deep roots in that.. all sorts of stalkers/perps can get involved.. from low level criminals, drug addicts and thieves, the community's most trusted members to politicians and all the way up to the elite can get on board and involved in those stalking/terror campaigns against some very ordinary people.. take them down, break them down, drive them nuts, get them locked away, kill them.

    Pss off the wrong people, they'll employ any means necessary. What's even scarier is anybody involved in government/law enforcement participating in these slow kill death campaigns can have endless plausible deniability, funds and resources to go after whoever they want.

    Using Doxxing and setting cancel culture loose on a victim is very into destroying any opposition to their politics.. AND the corrupted alphabet agencies can be involved as well.

    As I said this community based stalking aka in a loose term, "gangstalking" phenomenon goes very deep and employs a technology, hacking and tracking.. way beyond just any weirdo(s) keeping tabs on a victim and their whereabouts.

  13. she handled this completely wrong. the sheriff's department should have removed the device and placed it on an undercover units car and then ticketed the shit out of the dude every chance they got… he would be tied up in court for the rest of his life for seatbelt violations, speeding tickets, failure to yield, etc…

  21. This woman has the wrong goal. We need tougher laws. A misdemeanor to trespass upon property and invade privacy? Illegally monitoring people needs to be a felony. I hate to have to say it but this misdemeanor law sounds like it was constructed with consideration given to instances when government participates in such activities. We'd probably have 500 agents charged with felonies if this form of illegal electronic eavesdropping was actually a crime. Misdemeanor is a joke.

Two mistakes here one she shouldn't say anything about carrying weapons now it's premeditated two a civil protective order is not going to do anything if a piece of paper could keep you safe we wouldn't need cops you'd be smart to go take some gun training courses not safety courses some gun self defense courses safety courses will only teach you how to use and handle the gun for target practice

You dont have to prove anything to get an injunction, it is a preponderance of the evidence, as in the judge decides, and 99% of the time, the judge will er on the side of caution and take the woman's word as truth with no evidence. It is a known thing for some women to abuse these injunctions as a tool for revenge after a man ends a relationship with them. They abuse the legal system as their own personal tool for harassment.

  28. GREAT REPORTING. Ms. Saeidi has a most impressive resume, and I'm glad with her background that she covered this story. IMHO, most stalking and GPS cases should be misdemeanors because it's usually a current partner or an ex who's having issues with their emotions and accepting things. But a stranger? That's next-level stalking and I definitely believe that should amp up the charges significantly because they're incredibly dangerous dangerous, delusional and mentally ill. Again, great reporting by an Emmy-winning journalist and lawyer. News Channel 8 and the Tampa Bay Area is lucky to have her!

SHE WILL INTERRUPT PHONE CALLS/HACK INTO THEM/EVERYTHING IS FUNNY!!!! EVEN ABUSING MY POOR DOG!!!!!! SUPPOSE TO BE A COP IN TX.!!!!!!!!   43. This needs to be taken seriously. A Michigan woman who was stalked this way was abducted from her home. The man had stalked her for a decade. He had gotten a storage unit and soundproofed it, attached rings to the walls, kidnapped her, shackled her there and tortured n raped her for 13 hrs. Why is this stalking of young women not being charged as a felony. Eventually the guy will abduct her n harm in this way or kill her. STOP the insanity, protect women from would be rapists, murderers.
