Three Lithia driveways sinking after culvert fails

You wonder where all the tax money goes as compared to what we see completed? First the city makes the right decision in deeming the culvert pipe to be replaced. Words mean nothing without action, and a year later AFTER getting Channel 8 involved the city sends out a crew several times to put a band aid on a lingering problem they had already deemed needed repairing. All the decision making after the preliminary inspection was a waste of money, until they finally agreed to do what they said initially. I guess when you don't need to turn a profit and you use other people's money, it doesn't really matter huh?
