Hands down the worst dietary advice I've heard so far this year.
so smoking a pack a day and drinking Mt Dew before and after my race is not suppose to be good for my run… well I guess I've been doing it wrong for the last 50 years…. 2 mile 8:04, 5k 28:17, 10 miler 58:09… maybe next time
