Veteran stunned by medical record showing sexual assault that ‘never happened’

If you're fighting with the VA, get ready for a very long battle.

Perhaps the files got dropped and paperwork mixed up. It means someone out there needs help that their files say doesn't exist. Vets affairs are bad, they make it so difficult for those who have put their life on the line for their smug freedom, education and job.

The VA records has said I’m bipolar for 10-12 years. But I’ve never been bipolar anywhere else.

I wonder if they can perform a record's check of the records to see who has viewed or accessed that portion of her medical records?

OMG I have the same problem. There are things in my VA record that are completely wrong. One of them is really embarrassing too.

So you mean to tell me you call the news to talk about a sexual assault you say never happy and embarrassed by? 🤔 what if she really was assaulted and suppressing it due to the post traumatic stress syndrome?
