Coke Zero and Diet Coke are go-to options for soda lovers who want to cut the sweet but not the fizz. But wait a minute—they’re both zero-calorie, both from Coca-Cola, and both claim to offer the classic Coke taste without the sugar. So, what sets them apart?

  1. Any sodas that say ZERO SUGAR in them contain aspartame in them and aspartame is rat poisoning! Reads you ingredient labels for anything reading diet or zero sugar! I quit drinking and eating the stuff once I figured it all out and done the research! Aspartame will eventually KILL YOU!

  2. NEITHER!! I drink Royal Crown Cola (RC). I stopped drinking Coca Cola many years ago when Coke was taken to court in Nebraska over underhanded, unethical, and possibly criminal activities in coercing businesses to give them inordinate amounts of shelf space or they would pull their products. Businesses finally took Coke to court. Coke tries to force out the smaller brands by taking up as much shelf space as they can get, even though it is clearly not needed. RC tastes much better than Coke or Pepsi!

  3. Neither! It’s all trash 🗑️Opt for natural sweeteners (not synthetic “fake” & not sugar) those that will not spike your insulin…like erythritol monk fruit, Allulose & xylitol( only if you don’t have dogs in your household).

  4. Wich one ? no idea, i love the classic coke in the glass bottle ! the real taste ! but i limit myself to one or two bottles a month ! That way i don t harm myself and i enjoy it the most ! After a Pizza or chinese ! the best of the best ! lol 😎enjoy COKE
