  1. Florida is always messed up. The Florida legislature needs to clarify the law. If Florida approves and issues a voter registration card, the Florida government is at fault.

  2. BIDENS PEOPLE TOLD THESE POOR FELLAS THAT THEY COULD VOTE. OF COURSE HE WANTED AS MANY ILLEGAL VOTES AS POSSIBLE. BIDEN COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR FINES AND LEGAL TROUBLES. BIDEN CARES ABOUT THROWING MORE MONEY AT UKRAINE BECAUSE OF COURSE MOST OF THAT GOES BACK TO HIM PERSONALLY.

  3. That's not fraud. An essential element of fraud is intent, meaning, you have to have evidence of intent to arrest and charge, and you have to prove intent to convict. In these situations, there is no intent to deceive because these people reasonably assumed that if the Government allows them to vote based on their history, then by definition this means they are legally entitled to vote.

  4. OK Something isn’t adding up here… Why would they even have been allowed to identify themselves with a valid ID then once it is known whom the individual is, they allow them to vote which I at least would assume it would of been allowed as I would have figured if it wasn’t allowed I’ll simply be informed of it… it just sounds strange to label it voter fraud… and hey , it’s a much less severe and victimless act to vote anyway lol

  5. The Justice system is FULL of petty issues, misguided control issues, attempts at putting the innocent down, and madmen using power and ego decisions to FILL the courts with wasted resources, time and cost. Using a camera in public spaces or the most over used arrest, trespassing, is cited when the cop tries so hard to please a caller, all rights are ignored. Thousands of cases each day are dropped because the entire facade of the charge, the arrest and desire to punish without any court involvement, is a punitive process of disruption by a local cop, Now the political arrests show a new level of democracy discarded, fascism authority and follow the leader operating as the law. Sending out large groups of officers to find and arrest the obedient, presumed innocent, citizens is a sad waste of resources and expense. The Post Office could send demand letters for 1% of the expenses wasted.

  6. Killers & sex offenders? Don't feel sorry for them, at all. They'd still be imprisoned if there were any 'justice'. For those asking, "Whom did they vote for?" It wasn't for the party that believes that they all belong locked-up FOREVER.

  7. These convicted felons knew they weren't eligible to vote, regardless of what "someone" told them.
If a tell a stranger that it's OK to take my neighbor's boat from his dock to go fishing, it's still going to be a grand theft charge when my neighbor discovers it missing.

  8. Ignoring the law got these people in trouble in the first place, ignoring it again gets them in trouble again. If the DMV told these people to jump off a cliff do you think they would go do it and that is exactly what they did, they knew it was a crime for a felon to vote and yet they did it anyway. Now the dimwits are after those correctly enforcing the law. Ron DeSantis is certainly one of the best state governors and should be a model for the other 49 states. DeSantis also needs to investigate the Florida DMV if any employees were encouraging and enabling felons to vote illegally they should be charged with felony conspiracy, terminated immediately and stripped of any retirement and benefits permanently.

  9. 8 million dollars a year to create and fund "Florida Election Police " for a political stunt to destroy 4 or 5 persons of color lives again for a political stunt to get votes.

While many white ppl who voted twice on purpose who live in the Villages went scott free.

    We get it!

  10. DeSantis' special election police are waste of taxpayers' money.

There was no election fraud that would have changed the outcome.

DeSantis attacks and blames the vulnerable citizens for political stunts.
