  5. This is a great choice for anyone wanting to either upgrade from the Oreck or start out with a rotary. The big wheels are essential for residential and the lighter weight make it easy to work with and go up and down steps and the tank really help with efficiency too. I have been 100% VLM for 26 years and rotary is my preferred machine in residential even though I also own OP machines. In the hands of a skilled and knowledgable operator the rotary truly shines and it is so versatile, quick and effective and it is also at a lower price point and typically last for decades. I think Damon has a real winner in this and of course the 13" Koblenz as well. Using these machines makes the day go easier and there is lots of encouragement and advice available on youtube and even a few facebook groups dedicated to promoting VLM carpet cleaning. We can all learn from one another and together raise the bar for all who choose this great business to build a good lifestyle and get ahead.
