  2. You’ve got drug dealers out there using peoples addresses, and these addresses may have been marked by law-enforcement. That’s a thot who knows especially if they don’t give you a damn explanation that’s got to be frustrating but again I would not put all of my eggs in one basket, I would always have always had a back up plan for anything with technology I’ve seen how evil it’s become I seen how to change generations for the worst.

  3. You should always be able to provide for yourself without the means of technology. These Younghans aren’t gonna know what to do when we’re gone I still have a Rolodex. I have two companies a total of 37 employees. I can’t lose all those contacts in my phone. She’s crazy for putting all your eggs in one basket.

  14. They did something like this to me and it was like over a year of calling and emailing them and they never gave me a response or reason for it and they finally reopened it just the other day and I still don’t have a clue why they did that 🤷‍♀️

  21. I had this happen to me with eBay I was trying to sell some things on eBay and they told me that they had a complaint that I had sold something wrong or something like that and that I was banned for life or something and I have never sold anything on there before

  26. Amazon also keeps your card on file when not requested.

    I but items in shopping basket to review before buying, in case I want change color, remove because I found a better option.

    It was extremely difficult editing the address. Have a common Street name/number. CSZ pop up didn’t have mine, but it was nearly impossible to get it to let me enter correct info. Also, automatic name and address wasn’t mine: it belonged to gift id sent. Be careful.

    Reviewing, it didn’t show tax and arrowed back. Didn’t show on previous screen, tried again and repeated. It did not request my card information: it didn’t show last four digits of card number, didn’t get to review and see total so I gave up and exited.

    Immediately, I got three emails. Amazon, w/o my knowledge or permission ordered one item three times and charged one of my cards, but I was unable to see which one.

    Calling CS was a joke. They did not care their system was illegally placing orders. They wanted to know if I was claiming fraud. I said I know who did it. There was no order placed. I neither entered nor confirmed a card. I have no automatic payments thru Amazon. I didn’t submit one order, let alone three for the same item. Again was I going to claim fraud. Pointed again the problem was theirs. They did not have any authorization to place any charge. I never once pushed submit because I could not see total charges, nor did I provide any card information. They did illegally confiscate money (payment) not authorized by cardholder.

    After hanging up discovered another separate order for $9 item: bill came to $18. I had is in Save for Later.

    They are operating outside the law, IMO.

  27. How in the world is it legal to charge this woman for her monthly subscriptions, not fulfill the subscriptions AND not give her a valid reason WHY they stopped her account? That should be 100% illegal. She should cancel her cards and do her online orders with Walmart or another store. Too many alternatives to shop at to be treated this way. 🤬

  28. They blocked me from the amazon community…forever. They won't answer my emailed questions about it. I wonder how many people are blocked? Then they blame the loss of customers on the pandemic.
    Whatever Amazon.
    It's not even the cheapest place to shop anymore. Although I still use it, I am finding alternatives more and more.

  30. I was locked out of my Amazon account because I had had my account for so long that my password was only 6 letters long instead of 8 like they now require.

    I didn't forget my password. I never changed it because I knew it.

    They locked me out of my Amazon account and said I could only change my password by them sending a text to an old cell number that I no longer have.

    So I called Amazon and told them that I know my password and my security question and needed to update my phone number so that I could access my Amazon account.

    The lady from Amazon told me that I had to list the last three things I had bought from Amazon in order for them to let me access my Amazon account.

    But I bought $1 Kindle EBooks on a regular basis and couldn't remember what the titles of the Ebooks were and couldn't look it up on my Kindle because I'd been locked out of my Amazon account.

    But I didn't lose or forget my password. I had just been a loyal customer for so long that my password was too short for their liking.

    So I lost a BUNCH of Ebooks that I bought from Amazon.

    The lady at Amazon that I talked to said oh well. You'll just have to make a new account.

    And I was like but I HAVE AN ACCOUNT ALREADY WITH PURCHASED ITEMS ON IT THAT I WAS ERRONEOUSLY LOCKED OUT OF THROUGH NO FAULT OF MY OWN.

They have to give her a explanation if she is suspended why are they still taking money for her subscription⁉️ Someone should put JEFF BEZOS ON BLAST ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA IF ENOUGH PEOPLE DO THAT AND PUT IT ON AS MANY SITE’S AS POSSIBLE IT WILL GET HIS ATTENTION OR MAYBE IT WON’T BUT IT WOULDN’T HURT TO TRY‼️‼️👍🏻

  38. Thanks for shedding light about Amazon Ms.Behnken and WFLA. There was a different story on YouTube yesterday 10/03/2023 (I think it was nbc nightly news with Mr.Lester Holt) concerning Amazon capitalizing on certain products they want to pass on to its customers while halting other suppliers. Perhaps this is why accounts are being cancelled by Amazon.

  40. Before bringing people on the news do background checks, ask for receipts, bank statements, read Amazon help pages. She can request account statements and you will know the truth. I hope anyone doing this is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
