  1. Totally agree with you Paul.
Now I will give him my blessing all day long for being a hard worker and wanting to give his best it's just that when it comes to his chemistry and being completely against the carpet cleaning industry even though some! of the industry is not good he is all on his own.

  2. Very good points you are making about those who think its ok to use such hazardous products to clean carpets. Our first priority must always be the health and safety aspect of what we do both for ourselves and for our customers. To knowingly use such hazardous products is not only irresponsible but is reckless in the extreme. The person you mention is also using large amounts of ammonia and that too is considered harmful even in small amounts over time. The arrogance in his constant mocking of anyone who would be so stupid as to actually buy professional carpet cleaning products that are specifically for carpet cleaning is evident in nearly all his videos. In one video he recently referred to Green Dragon by name and called it "horse shit"! Green Dragon is a very good product with nothing but great reviews and endorsements by all who use it and as I recall it may have a health rating of zero. It is actually both funny and sad when he says anyone who is endorsing a professional product is only doing so because the supplier gave it to them for free. Yes he said that, and then a few minutes later mentioned that he gets a percent off the sale of products made by Challenger. But it does get worse as he also is using a product called Greased Lightning Classic that is not at all for carpet and has a health rating of 3 as well. It states on the SDS to NOT mix with any other chemicals but he ignores that and mixes it with various things as he apparently thinks he knows better. This product also has a ph of 12.5-13 and is harmful if inhaled ( just watch him as he walks about in a cloud of vapour as he sprays) It is a serious risk to the eyes and wearing a face mask is recommended when using it. It is considered to be in the bleach and ammonia family and is toxic to marine life, it is corrosive and OSHA lists it as an acute health hazard. Others including myself have reached out to him out of concern for his health but his response is to double down and block any who try to warn him. Nobody wants to see this end badly but some people simply cannot accept any dissenting view even if its for their benefit and is based on truth. He of course is not the only one promoting such unsafe practices and he is once again recommending the Wheelers facebook group as a place for newbies to get guidance. We want one another to succeed in this business but if we see someone making harmful choices and promoting such poor practices we can only hope channels such as yours will warn others and guide them to better choices and improve this business for all. Thank you for addressing this concerning subject.
