my 59 yr old brother had blood clots in his legs they were turning blue they did nothing for 3 weeks finaly amputated both legs and he died 2 hrs later we tried to sue but no lawyer would take the case

Wow I am in shock that a blood clot was missed like that this is 1st I heard of it and I knew blood clot as soon as I heard the amt of pain he was in. Also there shouldnt be any limits on malpractice lawsuits etc. No way

Sadly the laws are set up for the Doctors to get away with murder .what happened to good Doctors that are educated enough to actually be a Doctor ?🤔 Just look at all of the misdiagnosis in the passed year. Our veterinarian's are better than our Doctors . Just Wow.

Wow. I'm not a doctor nor a nurse nor a medical assistant but I do work in prior authorizations in an eight doctor cardiology practice and even I would know to check for a blood clot. He should have had a stat venous Doppler which would have shown the DVT and they could have started him on blood thinners right away. And the fact that the doctor is 78yrs old, tells me he might need to retire. He might still have his wits but maybe a little lackadaisical and as a doctor you can't have that.
