By any chance does Hawk sell that adjustment plate with holes in it by itself ? I’ve looked online for it and I can’t find it online for sale so I’m wondering if it’s welded or built into the housing of the machine itself ?

If the home has a fire place or sometimes multiple, you may find not only is it filtration ( the hvac system not filtering out the fine particles before returning the air back into the home ) but also soot. These days people are also burning a ton of scented candles which can also fill the air with a fine soot particle not being filtered out through the hvac filtering process. Soot damage is considered fire damage/restoration. There is a reason why companies charge what they charge for fire restoration. It is a restoration process. Not just cleaning 😁 Nice job

Perimeter filtration staining yuch! Next time try putting at the brush on your Oreck and spray the edges and the bristles flair out and up to the baseboard and it actually works quite well. looks good though.
