Doesn't matter if you build it as a bridge or a causeway… its still sand at the bottom no matter what…. a lot of concrete and money is what it will need. Or build it how it was before and have this happen yet again in the future. These storms aren't going away people…. at least not before humans are gone… but we'll end up causing our own extinction anyways because our species is dumb.
Reminder of how insignificant we are.
