Good grief. You don't even want to know the shenanigans FPL pulls on houses of Sarasota County Mechanical Building Inspectors who have dead CIA Minister Dads & homeless Ex Psych Nurse/USAVet Whisteblower Moms staying there. The Dramas never end! I think of it as CIA/DOD War on Americans to cover Telecoms lies for corrupt Construction Industry. Thx!đ#ExNurseApologyTour#Frequency#WeAreTheEvidence
Of all the things to overlook when you're buying a houseđŹ that would have been a critical issue from the beginning. Of course it depends on which came first the pole or the driveway?? The good old chicken or the eggđ If the driveway was there first then Lakeland Electric screwed up, if the poll was there first than the it is on the homeowner that had the driveway laid down. However, you called the right person to look into it and if there's anything that can be done she can get it done with Lakeland Electric Company.
I donât understand the pole was there when you moved in. He probably got a good deal on the home because others noticed it. Itâs like buying a car with rear end damage and then complain a year later you want it fixed.
[1] The pole sits in the utilty easment. [2] The pole was already there when he bought the house [3] He can pay for it to be moved, but it isn't the utility's problem. [4] as others noted, he can move part of his fence and and widen/ realign the driveway.
He bought an old house with the pole right next to his driveway …let me think about it for a moment…..Nope they don't have to move it and you did not have to buy the house stupid

Elementary Watson .., just take down some of the fence on the other side of the drive way , pave a small section and back out that way .. Iâm a woman and I have no problem backing up at all but I know of plenty people who do âŚ
Loews sells and assortment of chainsaws for various prices. A lot of videos on YT on how to properly fall a tree,, same would apply for this situation.
The telephone doesn't belong to the resident owner it belongs to the electric company if it is a hazard it needs to be moved at the cost of the electric company
Itâs not like thereâs snow there Causing them to slide off the driveway. Repaint the pole a high visibility color and wrap the green camouflaged pole in reflectors so the homeowner wonât forget that the pole is there.
So, he went to see house prior to purchase and the pole was there and bought in anyway. Heâs hit the pole multiple times because and was offered to have it moved at a cost but didnât do it and has damaged vehicles to tune of well over $2500 since. Dumb ass!

This little hack is straightforward and perhaps youâre already doing it, however for those who arenât itâll take your ice meting out...
He should be more responsible driving, but I do agree – the electric company should move the pole a bit over.

It is easier to move the chain link fence pole and widen the driveway.
Cheaper to build a circular driveway than to move that pole
Learn how to DRIVE
âPut yourself in my shoes. How would you feel if you had to deal with this everyday?â
Iâd, uh, learn to drive. Problem solved.
Why doesn't he just move the driveway?

I have had a pole right next to my driveway for 24 years. Somehow never ran into it.

People are so dumb. He saw the pole, it was there when he moved there. Can't drive for shit.

If they move the pole, theyâll hit the fence. đđ¤Łđ
Key words there. âI wasnât paying attentionâ!
The pole didnât move buddy.
Scratched his car because he tried to miss the pole!? That driveway is pretty wide at least a lot wider than the car. Sounds like bad drivers to me
