who cares Ohio already dose this and has been shines 2006. i uses to hate going to school in Fl and other states due to i could not pick the schools i went to but when i moved to Ohio i got to pick were i wanted to go to school. am sure some kids would love to pick there schools like i wanted to due when i uses to live in Fl back in year 2000's i hated going to school in Florida due to i hated going to the school. i was force to go to i got bad grades due to the schools i was forced to go to schools that was teaching things i never learned yet or i had already learned. i moved around a lot around the country and only stayed in schools for max of 4 years most the time and some the schools were they were the worst were Florida. in 2001 i was in them then i moved back to GA and then back to Florida again in 2005 and it was bad. school systems here in the state are broken and this would fix them. some what who cares about the coast.

GOOD1, even if a person wants to home school their kid, they should be entitled to use this.
