Family fights to close legal loophole

The medical field has shown their true colors the last 3 yesrs. I used to look at Doctors w admiration but most have turned into lying activists

Medical malpractice hits close to home for me. Doctors are immune and protected from lawsuits while victims aren't even allowed to leave a bad yelp review without getting sued for libel. It's disgusting.

Not in Florida but my relative was murdered by his doctors and nurses three years ago this month and we are still waiting for justice the FK lawyers are taking their sweet a** time in making them all pay for what they had done.

This people need to all be held responsible for injuring and killing patients and family should be able to sue regardless of age.

My sister passed away due to a "mistake" in the ER less than 2 months ago. We aren't able to sue because she turned 25 AFTER the surgery but right before she passed. Justice will come… It always does.

Couple the Covid protocols to this law and We have legalized genocide in the state of Florida. Please anyone reading these words we need your help. Call, write emails anything even if you do not live in this state we need your help. I also want to add that doctors in other states that have had their license revoked guess what, they can come to Florida and work and they are protected by this law …this is not a joke…this is a fact.
