Compliance issues because your compliance director former softball coach also work in the financial aid department is not equipped does not have the experience okay you telling me you couldn't find a African American woman or African American man to do compliance I have nine on my list right now who have more experience than both of the good old girls that you had and compliance and as an academic advisor matter of fact the girl who was an academic advisor she knew she was on minority so she went to school at Norfolk State to be on the bowling team cuz nobody else was going to take her and she went to a HBCU now she went also and worked at Mississippi State under one of my dear friends Ms Jackson who is a Provost at Mississippi State and Ms Jackson said this woman was not ready to be leading a university as an academic advisor so who gave her the job was it the board of regions which made possibly be predominantly white or was it the dumbfounded president and the athletic director who left she is not equipped to be doing this job and it's real sad because I found six people who can do this job better than her and I work as an academic advisor at the University of Miami for 2 years under Mr David Wyman one of the best in for a guys in the business
