Florida Attorney General calls on US supreme court to hear social media case

Unless I misheard the statement made by the counsel for Netchoice, I'm a bit bewildered. How exactly does 1A protections apply to social media companies being required to disclose their protocols for censoring and or deplatforming users? He states correctly that government cannot regulate speech, but that's not what the FL. Law is meant to do is it?

Freedom of speech is to protect citizens from government censorship. Private businesses can regulate what they want. People are so dumb.
