Franky’s Carpet Cleaning started in 2019. He along with his wife Nathalie, own their business. They have worked hard and started it from scratch. She is the brains of the business, and he is the labor part of it. They have become a great team and he knows that is why their business has been growing so well.
It was a dream. Franky moved to Sterling in 2012 after meeting his now wife, Nathalie. He started working for Jessi Garcia towards the end of 2012.
Many may ask or wonder why Franky brings up Jessi in many, if not all, of his conversations. It is because he has learned from the best. Franky said, “Jessi was a great man, anyone who had the chance to meet him knew how great of a human he was”. Jessi was not only his boss for 6+ years, but he took Franky under his wing and taught him everything he knows about his business. “Jessi and Bonnie took us in as family and that is hard to fine now days”.
This is where the love of carpets grew. While working for Jessi, they had a lot of conversations on how Franky would open his own business one day and Jessi was the perfect person to talk to about it. They could talk about anything in realty. Jessi was very smart, knowledgeable, had great customer service and best of all, a great father figure for him. Franky’s Carpet Cleaning would not be around without Jessi’s knowledge and his passion for this field that transferred to Franky.
Franky’s Carpet Cleaning has grown in a very special way for them. All the information that both Nathalie and Franky have learned and gathered from great people, have helped them grow their business to what it is today. But this could not have happened without the great help of their clients. The community of Sterling have opened their arms to them, and they are truly grateful. They are happy to say that they have served Sterling and all its surrounds, although their dreams are to grow and expand their company, “Sterling is home”, and they are here to stay.
Their specialty is carpet cleaning, but they service all carpet needs from installing, repair, stretching, removal and clean up. They have tile and upholstery services. They offer free estimates in the Sterling area, and they try to work with their surrounding clients to get them a free estimate as well. They also
provide auto detailing but this service is more of a summer service and depending on the weather. Their main focus is their clients, they are not only here for their benefit, but to help their clients as well. What they love most is having a client and then becoming friends.
