Hey Pauly, I may have previously commented that I started a janitorial company based in marysville. I currently use a bissell big green shampoo machine for move out cleans and yes it gets the job done but emptying the tank and refilling 6 times in a job is killing me. VLM looks like an effective professional method without needing to haul a giant "portable" extractor. I only have a basic pickup truck with a canopy and lifting an 11 gallon extractor is less than ideal. Thank you for these videos! Bless up!

Wait… so what is the point for the cd?

You should make a show of putting on some big wireless headphones and attaching the CD to the pad while the customer is there watching you and see what happens. Then when they ask what you're doing tell them to hold the headphones untill you start running the machine again. Meanwhile have AC/DC "Dirty Deeds Done Sort Cheap" playing in the cans then when the machine spins up tell the customer to listen.
