  9. Whether he resisted arrest in the beginning or not he wasn't resisting when the cop was beating his face in! This is why people are scared of cops you never know what they will come up with beaten a man with his kids crying for them to stop! If that punk ass cop don't get jail time there is no justice. All over a seat belt and a little weed ( if that wasn't planted on him) cops can't be trusted

  12. Let me start this by saying I'm white. If the police did this to me, I'd retain an attorney and sue the living bejesus out of this ridiculous "police" department. When the police break the law, there is no law. This guy in no way deserved to be tazed and assaulted. He was tazed by one officer, rendering him defenseless, flat on his back, and the other officer decided to repeatedly punch him in the face, over and over. Fire these morons, ferchrissakes!!! I'll bet if they had pulled over one of their own sons or daughters, whether they thought they smelled Marijuana, or not, there'd have been NO assault, or tazer. These to PIGS make me sick……

  22. How many charges did this criminal have…? FOUR criminal charges… which include resisting arrest with violence, and bodily harm to an officer, along with possession of illegal DRUGS. Something doesn't add up as to why he seems confused that he was punched/subdued. Get educated, stop using drugs, obey laws and you have nothing to worry about. Compliance does not mean submission. These stories are out of control. I want to see the follow up of the investigation.

  24. How convienent there was not officer body cam. THis is where a stand shoudl be made. He was on the ground hands p and that officer struck him. he had a firearm on his side. He assualted someone and had had a weapn durring that assault. Everythign you need to see is on theat quxik 10 second video. Nothign else mattes. Put that police officer in jain. Remove qualified immunity and I promise those charges will be dropped against that black man.

  30. Regardless of what happened before the punch the man was laying on the ground completely defenseless and attacked! I hope the officer loses his job and is arrested for assault, and dude gets paid!!!

This is exactly why Grady don’t want any law enforcement n polk county to wear body cams fuck this dirty county and country Grady and them locked me up for self defense and I just had surgery and they didn’t give me medical treatment for a week I sat n bloody clothes and had a infection when I got out

  41. Compliance strikes are a thing to attempt to get you to move your hands to cover the area being hit. This man wasn't resisting in the shots shown tho. But from what I've seen here the officers are out of line. Also all police should be required to wear body cams period and face being fired for covering up incidents by turning off the cam.
