  1. I'm sure you have seen all the new construction going on and part of the building a new home you have a impact fee that is supposed to be paying for infrastructure impact every new home brings that money is for roads, schools, fire districts etc. when I moved here 36 years ago the impact fee was $1500.00 it is now over $ 18,000.00 you can define infrastructure; transportation, schools, libraries, fire / rescue, parks. in the last 5 years more than 4,000 new homes and collected over $ 72,000,000.00 in impact fees did they really need the the penny for pasco I voted NO

  2. Don’t pass it . They are misusing funds in that county. Developers should be paying for new roads , drainage. And they should start building the schools BEFORE approving all those housing developments . And they have plenty of house to sell they are over building shotty homes on low laying area and old cow pastures and swampland . Stripping the land and doing back fill.

  3. Why are they talking about funding the school with added taxes?? I thought the LOTO gambling revenues were going to fund ALL the school needs?? lol… Remember when government brought the lottery"s in and promised LOTO was going to fund schools?? They need to have a investagation into where the LOTO MONEY IS GOING, NOW.
