  1. When sitting on a panel of potential jurors a while back, I used this very case to illustrate how broken the justice system is in this country. I predicted 5 years ago this Reeves fella would walk. I don't have to tell you… I wasn't chosen.

  2. justice system is not working for the victim here. talk about privilege ex-law enforcement, thought he was convicted & in prison for murder already. you don't leave the theater then return with a gun, shoot & murder a man. it's took 8 years to bring this case to trial. something is very, very wrong. justice delay is justice denied.

  3. Soon we will learn if cops have free reign to murder innocent citizens. Reeves has been living comfortably at home for 8 years now. This is BS. He should have been in prison long ago.

  4. I was totally floored when I first learned of this horrible tragedy eight years ago. Not only do we have to be concerned of our nations young ones arming themselves but now grandpa as well in a public setting. I’m sorry but this unnecessary delay is beyond words. Grandpa should have been in jail eight years ago for his wrongful outrageous deadly behavior in a public theater. 🤬

  5. Retired officer, in fear of his life because of popcorn. It is my opinion that he was use to ordering his men around for years as a Captain and they did as they were told. When this gentleman payed no attention to his demands that pissed him off. I wish I was on that jury. Even his wife Had stated, you shouldn’t have shot him, and he told her to shut up. He got him some fast taking attorneys from Tampa, the games will start. The wife of the deceased will definitely not get any justice through the court system. There are many courts of Law, but very few of Justice.
