Rent prices up 38 percent in Tampa since March 2020

Workers need 38% pay increase

This is evil. I grew up at Tampa my whole life and it's never been this bad. They just do not care about people at all.

High Rent: Everyone can thank biden for shutting down the country and pushing everyone to Florida.

Hey my American buds… I have been to Tampa Bay… I love Florida. I grew up outside Toronto in a sort of lower income area… And uhhh no offense… But I feel at home in Florida<3 you people are so honest and real.
Let me get real with you guys:
In Ottawa Canada…
Minimum wage is at 15.50$ an hour
My wife serves, so, she makes that plus tips.
We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a fenced backyard.
Our rent is 1100$ a month
Our rent used to be 1000$ years ago, but there is a LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT that rent cannot increase more than 2% a year.
We don't pay for medical… And all combined, we are still lower class for Ontario…
I am starting to get really mad at all the middle men making profit off of a human right as they chase being mega wealthy.

Not only tampa….i was forced to move from fl to wisconsin to live with my son. Its not right to have to live with someone else, much less a stranger….high everywhere
