This is a maintenance clean, not restorative, lightly soiled to medium soiled carpets this process will work, heavily soiled carpets, I suggest restorative cleaning, using an extractor. You could upsell this process, from maitenance clean to full deep clean, restorative clean.

Every third carpet clean, should be a restorative clean, extraction clean.

Good video however, you can most certainly sell encapsulation carpet cleaning and upsell to a deep clean using an extractor.
