The 4th Annual Tallahassee Caribbean Carnival kicks off with the Carnival Village opening at noon Friday, Sept. 9, 2022.

If you can dodge the rain, September brings a steady beat of music and festivities. Check websites and weather reports, as rain is in the forecast this weekend. 

Football is back and FAMU has a home game at 6 p.m. Saturday against Albany State. Florida State has a breather this week. 

The Tallahassee Caribbean Carnival, which has been on hiatus the last couple of years, is scheduled for “Rebirth” this weekend with a Carnival Village, parade and live music at 2810 Sharer Road. Check out a classic car show and music at the Annual Wakulla Springs Car Show on Saturday.
