But yet they havent filed bankruptcy yet and their stocks when up so why arent we still working
Between yellow freight and ups. Yellow freight blink first 😉🤑. Ups won. Working and standing together helps a lot. If only people in the United States of America would set aside their differences they would be surprised if what can be done. Apart and you gain nothing pride. First yellow freight. Who's next. Wake up America. There's those that have an those that have not. Work together as one. The rewards are worth it
Teamster Union pension fund was becoming insolvent. The federal government saved the pension fund from insolvency. Remember the $1.3 trillion package that Congress passed last January? The teamster union received billions of dollars to save the pension fund. Does that mean the taxpayers own part of the teamster union and any other organization or company that received bailout money?
Where are all you republicans that were so concerned about your tax dollars when you thought they were going to help some poor minorities and the struggling middle class but not a peep about some rich CEOs of a trucking company getting a $750 million dollar PPP loan from the government and stealing the money letting the company still go out of business and now since they filed bankruptcy the tax payers are going to have too foot the bill, dear hypocrites in the Republican Party where is your outrage????
$700 mill finished quick lol
2:17 re: Yellow employees' healthcare, if we had single-payer MedicareForAll, laid-off workers – and everyone else! – would be covered. U.S.A.: Uncle Sam's AmeriCare: healthcare where and when you need, Uncle Sam pays the bills 👍
The union was too greedy and can’t accept a deal. Too bad now all unemployed.
1:15 🤔🤌🤔
34 years ago I got a job at yellow and I worked my ass off for them and then they never even gave me any notice of shutting down, I’m 61 and ain’t nobody gonna hire me and I can’t even sign up for 😮 because I have no layoff letter yet. I’m praying hard and that’s all I can do never thought I’d be in this situation 😢
Well, Mr. De Santis is a politician running for office so why doesn't he get involved? That is too many jobs gone
Yellow Corp. Executives, CEO ran it into the ground & aspect the employees to pay for there incompetence. All the Executives, CEO need to have any & all compensation seized. Bankruptcy; I really think that the Teamsters & Members have an opportunity to make YELLOW an Employee Owner Business & save jobs & working families. Contact your State & Federal Representatives to get this done! And the Government owns 30% of the company from over $700,000Million in loans.
Stop trying to blame the Teamsters! The blame is totally on the management and management alone!
I want one of the trucks. It's MY money.🤔
Don't blame the union you guys stole the money and were waiting to get bailed out again this is criminal were did the money go this needs to be investigated
RIP management to blame
Watch a man that had 30 years at the company find out his pension vanished sometime last week….. sad truly and horribly sad.
More to come. This is why, you do your job and go home. Don't be the "company man". A lot of "company men" are about to be unemployed, lost years, health, families, and their pension to try and hope to retire above poverty. Now some may be getting ready to paint their white walls, while "cleaning their weapon" so their families can eat off life insurance payouts. More to come to America… both parties failed America. Trump was at least pushing for America… RFK or Trump can help stop the bleeding unfortunately, most Americans are too emotional.
You can’t blame the union yellow was bailed out twice and they still couldn’t get their act together the employees through the union gave back a lot of wages and benefits to keep yellow freight in business. They still couldn’t do it.
CEO’s and their entourage have made money off the “sweat of others”. — they need to be held responsible for their greed, hunger, appetite to inappropriately capitalize at the expense of these hard working employees —
