The Impact Check is our new series examining high-profile Florida laws in depth to see if they’re having the intended effect. If there is a law you would like Katie to analyze or if you have an investigative tip, contact Katie here: It’s a walk Brooke Lawrence never thought she would be taking, at least not now and certainly, not for the son she now has to visit at a Florida cemetery. “I don’t like coming here. I don’t like to visit my son here,” Lawrence told us during a recent visit.
