The Oreck Orbiter Dirty Carpet Challenge

I see lots of people in the comments also using this prespray. I'm new and have been using encapsulation cleaners. Does this dry and get vacuumed out like a encap product? Is your formula better or for what situation should I use which?

Great job ! Why did you use ammonia and fabuloso with the 20% instead of the 3 in 1 solution you usually use ? Was the ammonia for an odor or a cleaning agent ? thanks
