Not a day goes by when Jeremy Bush doesn’t remember what happened to his brother 10 years ago.

  1. Was Jeffrey a man who had committed crimes against others or hidden crimes from his brother who was this guy ? Im not saying he was evil at all but thet say nothing of his past life or who he was or did to the public about his family ties or what a great guy he was at all. Its like he had no past to be worthy mentiining hus brother seems not to even mention anygoid about his brother Jeffery

  2. I just happened to be in FL in a nearby town when it first opened up, so I stopped by to see it. They were removing things from the house using a lift machine (maybe a JLG lift?), so no one would need to stand on the ground near the hole. I think the two houses on either side were condemned and torn down as well. It's unfortunate they couldn't have thrown a rope to his brother to pull him out before it was too late.

  3. I'm really PO'd at this news station! I live in Ohio, and I don't know the Bush family, but I read the following is the script of the news story that was posted on WFLA News Channel 8 website 3 days ago: "His brother, Jeremy, was also home when the ground caved in, but failed to rescue him. The 36-year-old’s body was never recovered."

What a cold hearted, mean disgusting thing to say about his brother, Jeremy! "Failed to rescue him"???!!! Really?!!! You news people really need to show respect for Jeremy Bush, the victim's brother! He's suffering enough as it is, and doesn't deserve anyone saying that he "Failed to rescue" his brother! You could've easily said "…but rescue efforts failed, when the police made Jeremy come out of the sinkhole, for fear that the sinkhole would collapse more." or words to that effect. You should apologize Mr. Jeremy Bush for being so disrespectful! I saw this in the news when it happened in 2013, and it disturbed me for months and months, and I still thought about it a lot through the years I'll be praying for you Jeremy Bush. I'm so very sorry for you and your family that this happened.

  4. I know how to solve the problem. Get a bunker buster bomb, and blow it up. The shock from the bomb will send shockwaves miles deep all the way down the hole.
Because the hole can be larger but no one is seeing it as the hole continues to re-open. They covered the hole once already with massive dirt, they spend almost $1M dollars covering the hole up
only for it to re-open again. I think its time for the military to send a bunker buster in the hole to send a MASSIVE shockwave, making sure everything under the hole sinks further hoping the hole
    topples off.
