How come the orbot is so lightwheigt ? The one i used in work was super heavy, had to use a ramp most of the time. At least 0 chance to lift it.
The black button you were wondering about is probably to release/spray water if tanks are mounted. But i dont see any sprinkler in the front of your orbot, maybe its something you can add if you want to.
Btw there is a much more simple way to handle the machine, such as when u want to apply the pad on the floor. Ull figure it out real fast once u get comfortable with it. Lovely machine

Really nice machine. You need to think of putting a little mascot or something on the square metal tank support that sits in the open on the tankless version. Maybe a garden gnome or a little Santa for the holidays! 😀

Now that you have the Vibe you need to know that if you use Ironman pads the cotton will quickly clog up the Velcro. The microfibre or the Tuway pads will be fine as well as the Glad pads. If I were to get another OP it would be the Vibe but I would get the tank as It then will do commercial easily as well. I do have the Orbot but I find it too clumsy in homes and the handle is too long for crampy areas, but they are well made machines and present well to the customer.

I see why you settled on the Hoover Hushtone. I saw a review of it on the vacuum wars channel. Looks like a great commercial vacuum. By the way I thought you're Mytee Eco was quiet but that Orbit Vibe is extremely quiet.
That button may be for the pump in the model with the tank? Nice machine though… smooth and quiet! And that handle on the Hushtone, nice!
