It will get worse. As long as you have Nazi's & white nationalist bigots running your State you will have a shortage. As long as you are threatening teachers & librarians with arrest and felony charges over book bans or what they can say in the classroom….you will have a shortage. As long as you continue to pay teachers poorly…and continue to disrespect them…the shortage will continue. It's really simple.
