Always call your insurance 1st. Let them take the car to get the damage estimate and then they bill Amazon for the whole bill. Your insurance will pay for everything and they will go after Amazon for every penny to recover their loses. Never ever go at it alone.

I once had my car totaled. It was worth 26 grand when I first got it and it was bought in bulk. It was from a car accident when the lady didn’t yield to see that I was coming in. She had a stop sign while I did not. As a result, we both got into a car accident and luckily, they took the full blame. As a result, five days later, we got news that the insurance company will send us a check to cover the car’s costs. Then, a week later, we got a check for 32 grand, which was more than the car was worth when we first bought it.

An oil and gas company totaled my vehicle a couple years ago. The whole thing was just so poorly handled dear God! I had NO help. No one was there to offer any counsel. I didnt receive any settlement since the bank claimed it. And now im stuck with this stupid car that I can't afford and thats about to get repoed agiain..fuckin corrupt ass money grubbing no soul having ass system. Fuckin Bitch ass monthly payments. Rude ass credit representatives demanding fuckin money. Repoing my car right out of the fucking parking lot at my work at like 3am cuz I worked graveyard that's OUT OF TOWN!!! Basically leaving me fuckin stranded. FUCK!!!

One of those Amazon drivers tried to run a stop sign in front of me when but when he realized that it would've caused an accident, he stopped and then just eyeballed me as I passed like he was mad at me for existing. What is wrong with those drivers, they're all deranged.

It looked like the car was totalled because of frame damage. A body shop can fix panel dents and blend paint but If there’s too much body damage it be way to expensive to fix and that’s when the car becomes totalled

Amazon not only cheats customers they cheat workers too! I had a signed contract with them for certain amount of stocker per year worked. After 2 years employment I was guaranteed 16 shares after the 2nd yr. one month past the second year I quit but have never received those 16 shares. contacted them several times but always given the run around. Couldn't find a lawyer who was will to take on Amazon

Never a big Amazon customer, I completely stopped using Amazon after their fleet of vans took over deliveries. They are too damn dangerous, staffed with inexperienced drivers who don't know the roads and are extremely distracted by their phones and their GPS. I don't want those damm Amazon vans on my road or in my neighborhood. Contrast that with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and UPS drivers who are the same drivers on the same routes for a long time — many years in most cases.

Brooooo my mom had this happen to her, she had finally paid off her first car, was hit by a drunk driver and it was totaled out, insurance paid her only like $12k for a $20k car, that same month she got the title from the bank saying "congrats on paying your car off"
