  3. I agree about the Swirly, definitely the best bang for the buck. I have been 100% VLM with a rotary as my main machine for 26 years and if I was starting out today the Swirly is a no brainer. Great price, the right weight but not too much, tank and big wheels and comes with a pad driver! a great way to begin. For newbies considering the rotary or OP I say go with the rotary as they are a better machine for residential in every way. I also have OP machines and a rotary and in the hands of a skilled and knowledgable operator it will win in almost all circumstances. The one direction myth is a myth and once you understand how to use it skillfully is superior at removing stains as long as you know which attachments to use and are using quality cleaning products. As an added bonus the Swirly is less to purchase and when buying from Damon at the encap store you also have a choice of a full line of quality products. For the newbie my advice is buy from the true professionals who sell professional products and chemicals that are specifically made for this trade. Stay away from the cowboys who scoff at SDS registered products and have no respect for the professionals who respect, learn from and encourage one another.
