  1. wasnt cold blooded murder. It was suicide. The cut on his back was non life threatening. She also had defensive wounds and bruises that no one ever followed up on and photographed as bruises get darker with time. They kept her in solitary for a month so not even a cell mate could testify to seeing bruises. They did photograph her sliced open hand, swollen right jaw, scratches on neck…but no bruise photos. Strange how that never happened.
He cut his wrist and bled out. BAL was .38
He threatened to harm himself almost daily.
He would've ended up the same no matter who was in her shoes.
His brother is a heroin junkie and the victim suicidal and they have a psychiatrist mother. That alone makes you want to wonder what happened in that family.
The investigators didnt collect all evidence. Tainted crime scene because they passed judgement when they found out source of income. If u want my honest opinion someone was trying to protect themselves or their coworkers from any connection to those websites- and thats just my opinion but all I can come up with for the one sided investigation.
Didnt take photos of her head injury. She passed out those 4 hours.
They both had fitbits on that show him moving around the house those 4 hours and her not moving.
Her head injury can still be proven. The fitbit data is there….his fitbit was their " smoking gun" until they found out she had one too, then suddenly the fitbit data wasn't admissible.
The patch of blood on the couch was hers, from her head. Swab test also picked up his blood that was in her hair.
The lead investigator didnt even do a walk through of the crime scene.
Dont believe everything you hear on the news.
The original audio from nest cams disappeared.
The enhanced audio is inaudible. The subtitles are very suggestive and have everyone convinced they are all correct. When she is supposedly heard saying "what did I do" that's after he tried to choke her and she hit him on the back w the knife. She didnt STAB him.
Look at the medical examiners report. Look at the knife.
He walked around the house for 4 hours after that.
That's not someone who was "stabbed to death"
Don't draw conclusions like the officers arriving on scene did.
They questioned her while she was in shock with a head injury. Took what she said, jumbled it up and fed it to a reporter. The transcript shows where she says her head hurts really bad, and they got her some tylenol. Never examined her head.
Again…don't make assumptions by what you hear on the news or these click bait videos that sensationalized a tragic domestic violence issue. Psychological or physical, abuse is abuse. But be careful about passing judgement on someone because of what they do for a living.
