How about did the Loads Shift before the derailment, causing it- on poorly maintained tracks, and; what is done for environmental cleanup? Anybody nearby impacted by this event? Answers……Not stock procedural horsefeathers- Feel me, boot?

weird how all these trains are derailing after the unions pointed out the lack of time/people/regulation to keep safety standards up. This is fine too I guess.
