TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Members of Florida A&M University’s cheerleading squad visited patients and others at the Tallahassee Memorial Cancer Center on Wednesday.
Cheerleaders went and saw many patients, including those receiving infusion therapy.
Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) officials told WCTV patients can spend several hours a day and multiple days a week getting treatment, and they’re thrilled to team up with Florida A&M and others in the community to bring a little hope and some smiles to patients at the cancer center.
