  1. Never understand why people have to be such jerks about these things ( jerk is putting it mildly ) I could maybe see if they were causing some kind of damage, but it is still a legal thing, and there are other ways of dealing with that sort of situation.

  2. The man blocking the easement is looking for enemies and not friends. Most ranchers and farmers help each other out when they have problems. Some day he will need the other ranchers help and he may not get it.

  3. Good for you, I need you to take on msn news and their constant breeches of reasonable freedom of speech. I used the short form word commie and a commie demanded that i be silenced and the word be blocked. Msn agreed with the commie and we are not allowed to say that word and many more words

  4. Easements are legal and written into the title of the property. What a huge POS narcissist that Goodson guy is. I hope the whole town knows what a bag of crap that guy is. Many of us have dealt w easements and it's not a big deal. Wth is his problem? It's a tiny stretch of road for Christs sake. There is an easement in my Mom's culdesac which allows for people to walk straight from the road through someone's front lawn and back onto the road or they would have blocked the entire circle for walkers. They are completely gracious about it. This guy is a dirt bag

  5. Had I known about easements when I bought my way back, I wouldn't have bought this place. I have a neighbor who would tell me, it's my easement and I can do what I want. After damn near 20000 dollars to lawyers and surveyors it finally got hashed out. The only thing that I ever asked was to leave the road alone. (Neighbor sufferers from ocd) long story short is that he finally leaves my shit alone and that's all I ever wanted. Not once did I ever try and restrict his movement and the shitty part is, he's not land locked so he really doesn't need it. He keeps it to make his place look nicer because he doesn't have a road to the back of his property on his own property. Technically I could fight it but what would the price be for the chance of a 50/50.

  6. What a disgusting, petty minded a-hole that guy is. Its a small strip of land between the farms so what does he gain from stopping the others from using it. He really needs to learn to be more neighbourly and not so pathetic.

  7. Easements often are a cause of dispute. My brother had several miles of easement road on his property. Was fine until neighbors subdivided and many city people moved in. His house was the last on the road. He maintained the entire road by himself for decades. Then he started getting hostile calls at 4 am because he had not plowed the snow and they needed to get to work. Finally got tired of it and stopped maintaining the road. It was resolved, his neighbors got together and bought smaller and not as capable equipment. They made an agreement with him that they would plow to his house up to a foot of snow and he would plow the larger storms. They also would grade the lower flat areas of the road and he would maintain the steeper difficult areas, and ditches.

  8. This happened on the show Yellowstone. Casey resolved that by throwing the guy underneath a cattle gate and leaving him there to rot! Solved the problem really quick!

  10. bet this guys goal was to force the owners to sell said property to him at a very cheap price since nobody would have access but him… seen that crap out here… own owner went to prison after video of his behavior was captured on cameras fish and wildlife setup to catch poachers… they had enough proof he was both poaching and the one shooting at peoples vehicles/equipment/livestock/etc… apparently dude got shot in the leg when he went for a gun on the coffee table after his wife let the cops in and pointed them to him… she escaped unscathed because she helped the cops and they realized she was not invovled, infact the woman was traumatized by the psycho and had not been to town for years…. dude belongs in a hole…lol…
