Don’t worry, beer happy. There are plenty of shamrocks and shenanigans to go around with local breweries and bars offering deals for St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 17. From green beer to “Shamrock” shots and Irish fare, take your pick of ways to celebrate the holiday this year.

For the self-designated, “St. Deep-Rick’s Day,” the bar will be releasing its “Gone Cloverboard Green Ale” to pair with an Irish-inspired barbecue menu catered from Southern Hills Craft Barbeque. Other offerings include a T-shirt pop up with Tallahassee Beer Society. Festivities start at noon.
Finnegan’s Wake Irish Pub and Fire Betty’s

Finnegan’s Wake Irish Pub and Fire Betty’s are teaming up to celebrate the holiday outdoors with green beer, $5 shamrock shots and live music from bands including the Groove Merchants, Apalachicola Sound and Upside Ave. Festivities start at 8 a.m.

To celebrate, Proof Brewing Company is hosting a show featuring The Tallahassee Irish Step Dancers. There are also drink specials including $4 Jameson Pickle Backs and $4 Proof core pints. Festivities start at 2 p.m. and run until 8 p.m.
