Nothing will happen with this…there are so many places that people let their kids, young kids, drive golf carts in manufactured home communities and there are rarely police in the one we are in. No stopping at stop signs, no turn signals, no seat belts. If the community is considered "private" property, they'll keep doing what they're doing with no repercussions
