The Florida Division of Enterprise and Skilled Regulation says that it’s recommending an “administrative criticism” towards the restaurant.
Throughout an April 15th inspection, Barefoot Cafe Kitchen repeated a number of violations first famous earlier within the 12 months. Per BocaNewsNow.com coverage, we publish the precise textual content of the violation with solely minor modifying:

Excessive Precedence – Time/temperature management for security meals chilly held at larger than 41 levels Fahrenheit….corn, cheeses, cheese sauce, calamari, lower tomatoes all at 49°-to 52° in flip-top attain in drawer at salad station. Plans have to be submitted AND accepted inside 60 days…. serve drink ice , lower lime, lemon, wine, beer, no over-head safety, no handwashing sink, glassware is displayed on the open counter at Out facet bar by the swimming space. **Warning**
