Swatting calls seem to be a growing problem. That said, it is time to start logging the callers' numbers and lay charges should the calls prove to be a hoax.

This just happened all over South Carolina the other day.

They need to put an end to this dumb shit. Maybe have call in's for Active school shooters not validated until a panic button is hit like a fire alarm and have a panic button installed in every class room, hall, restroom etc. that will alert the Police department direct for active shooters. So that way if its just a call in and the panic button is not hit it wont be considered a legitimate concern and they can dispatch 1 or 2 units instead of the whole SWAT team! also a alarm would alert the rest of the school to lock doors and take cover. Sad we even need something like this these days. But Idk I just know something needs to be done and these little shit heads think this is funny.

You know; the best training exercise would arguably be one where even the personel directly involved don't even know it's an exercise. A risky move for sure but considering nothing could be more important than school security sometimes I wonder how hard-core we would be willing to go in order to truly be prepared.
