They threw me out of the group when they first started it for mentioning Encapstore.com as a good source for chemicals. Very unfair. I came nowhere close to bullying anyone. I'm not that kind of person.

Thanks for the mention Paul. It's a great group but people do get removed if they are rude or mock others, and that includes if they do it off the group like on comments in people's Youtube videos. We have to be strict about the policy of members respecting other members at all times and it includes what they say in other groups etc. It's important to keep a nice atmosphere so people feel they can ask any question and not be ridiculed or picked on. There are some of the big names in the industry in the group and some notable ones who ARE NOT in the group because they have shown intolerance for new cleaners and refuse to show mutual respect. There are lots of groups for people who enjoy bullying and harassing others but not in the VLM Carpet Cleaner's Lounge. Anyone who follows Paul here on his channel can also interact with him and many others in the group so be sure and check it out!
