Everyone talks about lawsuits/etc. however, insurance companies use delay tactics, underpay, and deny claims. So part of the industry collapse is self-inflicted. Not to mention, it’s now difficult to sue insurance companies, while there is ZERO protection for consumers. Prices go as high as the corporations want. The FLOIR is a joke. Ask for proof that your skyrocketed rate was allowed or legal. They have no idea.
